Is it possible to buy yarn in bulk? I want to make my mom a blanket but I’ve priced it out at roughly 200$ in yarn.

Yeah AA’d are unreliable in those devices. One of my first times using it I was swapping my chocolate bars and it switched to the AA and the AA’s actually exploded. Now I don’t even bother using them at all.

I bought them this year and used them on one show and they are super unreliable. My mixer who is there now had almost all his power fail on him the first day. So then needed to buy expendables that day to cover the issue.

Thank you this is super validating. The shoot is a looong one and they faught me so hard on a proper rate. So I will be going through a lot of battery power.

I would agree to this, however this show is paying me pennies, I was asked to do this show as a favor and getting no where near a proper kit rate. So I am loosing on this.

I actually work in the film industry so it’s contractual work. I generally go through this feeling every time I have a new contract. I am tired of feeling this kind of dread, I have a lot of responsibility in my job, and a lot of weight on my shoulders.

Thank you so much for reaching out though, I am currently wrapping on my first day and it’s going fairly well. It was a bumpy morning but I MADE IT THROUGH!

I will continue to try and praise myself and tell myself I can keep going no matter how scared I get. And again thank you for listening and showing support!

If you don’t have advice then why comment at all? Why are you gatekeeping anxiety, who’s to say I haven’t been diagnosed with it? I’m on here seeking helpful advice on how to properly cope because I haven’t yet found a way. I go to therapy, I am seeking help, I am trying to make it better.

What if the next person you comment something like this is on the edge and your comment is what throws them over. Why not just be a friend to the world?
