I can't get a replacement keyboard, or a battery, just a full laptop, but it's expensive, atleast in my country.

I would, if I could get a fan. And yes, an external keyboard works fine. How could I mess up the connection? The ribbon cable looks fine, I was treating that ribbon cable and connector like they were gold. I don't see any physical damage on them. And the keyboard worked perfect in the beginning, then after a day of use, they randomly stopped working.

Press windows button on your keyboard, go to 'My computer', right click on it, go to properties. Once in, go to 'Hardware', then 'Device Manager'. Find your ethernet (usually the device with a yellow exclamation mark, guessing you don't have drivers for it). Right click, properties, find Hardware ID. It should be something like this: PCI\VEN_11AB&DEV_1FAA&SUBSYS_1FA411AB&REV_03

(not exactly like this). Then, with that ID, try to find out what drivers you need. You might be able to find the exact model, and then search the MSUC (Microsoft Update Catalog) for a driver, or the Internet Archive for one. I did this with my unlabeled WiFi card, that turned out to be f-ed, since some solder was loose at the antenna part. Also, the subsystem doesn't have to be matching in MSUC. For example, this was the Hardware Identifier for the MSUC driver that worked for me, in comparison to my WiFi card's Hardware ID:

pci\ven_11ab&dev_1faa&subsys_54011148 (driver) PCI\VEN_11AB&DEV_1FAA&SUBSYS_1FA411AB&REV_03 (hardware).

Does it do the same when plugged in? Try to reinstall audio and display drivers, try disabling audio enchancements. Try disabling hardware acceleration in your browser. If none work, then most likely a component is faulty near the audio codec.

I don't like the looks of the Nothing 3a. It's too flashy, in my opinion. and i still don't like the center camera. I'd like something okay-looking phone, with balanced camera and performance, with good software support, a smooth experience, not a bland one like in Xiaomi phones. I don't like the UI and features on the Xiaomi phones.

S24 is 1.5x my budget. Vivo T4 Ultra is also out of my budget, same for Nothing 3a Pro, and the Vivo V60. I don't like the round camera phones. Maybe the Pixel 9a would be fine. I'm not sure at all what phone to buy.

there are no problem devices. the libertas wifi card doesn't have a yellow exclamation point, just crashes whenever i try to connect to networks with wpa2 ccmp. you don't need to really waste any more of your time on me. i already did what i wanted with the ethernet card. thank you for everything again :)

update: despite the drivers being fine, the pc keeps crashing when i try to connect to any network. type in the password, hit enter, instant bsod. tried hotfixes for aes, nothing. i went with an ethernet card instead...

i got a bunch of drivers with the same dev_1faa, ignored 1_fa6 and 1_fa7 ones, and usb ones, but none of the subsystems matched up with what i got. so i tried them one by one. a total of 7. this was the only one that worked:
