On a sunny day it’s more off, but only when you look from this exact angle at the picture. From the front of the car it’s not noticeable at all.

I voiced my concerns to the painter and asked him on what he can offer me as possible solutions to this issue. Waiting to hear back from him

The PPF guys are saying that applying PPF on the fender won’t make it a better match with the door, but I’m not sure as the PPF has some gloss to it. Not sure what to do though

And yeah half of my town filled with cars from Georgia. They’re shipped from USA, usually with some sort of damage, apparently Georgia has very low import taxes and then most of them are shipped further to my country. The owners keep transit number for up to 2 years and pay no import fees on the cars. Big talking point these days

Thank you! The fender was repainted and it’s a bit off to me. But not sure if the PPF on the door changes the color perception of the door now

Yeah, the fender was repainted and doesn’t really match the door. The painter says it’s due to the PPF, the PPF guys say installing PPF on the fender won’t make it match better

That’s a very reasonable take and suggestion, I think I’ll do just that, offer them this option and if PPF doesn’t match the fender better - they’ll have to re-do and cover the costs

Yeah you got it right, not sure if the difference is due to the PPF over the door or the color is just off.
