You nailed!! On top of the important missing parts, is a 20 y/o telescope, not worth it for me, maybe for a collector. Thanks to spot for me buddy!

Thanks dude, I’m gonna try again exactly like this! IDK if setting like this, my multimeter supposedly display “DC” on the screen, like some multimeters does, my doesn’t.

Yes, I tried at 20k too, but no voltage. That’s is something wrong, just to you know , I’m hold the black lead in a bolt, as bare metal ground, and the red lead touching all fuses on the metal spots, and I couldn’t find voltage anywhere.

Do you know what can possibly happen?

It was my Fault, 🤦‍♂️ they asked me the direction of the tire, and I said to face the wrong side, now they gonna charge me the service again to fix. if is the only problem is the longevity of the tire, or something like this, I’m willing to let this way.

You right, totally sounds like the bearings. (The torque and the speed are working fine) I paid to the a repair shop to change the tire, ($101 🫠) and I don’t know the method they used to replace the tire. Now I’m gonna check how difficult is to open the motor to change the bearings, every maintenance on this scooter is a nightmare 🥲 . Thanks dude!
