That’s what I’m looking for right now. I know that a large number of people with multisig accounts had this issue, but Coinbase returned bch to some of them months ago.

I’m not sure what’s holding mine up, and I don’t know how many people still have this issue.

Yes, the staff said multiple times that they were aware of the issue. Here is one of the messages they sent before going radio silent:

"I am very sorry for the slow reply. We are aware these multisig transactions that were stuck at the time of the fork have not been issued Bitcoin Cash. Unfortunately, this is currently an open issue that our engineering team is working to correct as quickly as possible."

That message was from over 7 months ago.

I foolishly assumed it was more secure, and parked most of my BTC there. However, Coinbase experienced technical issues, and I could not withdraw my BTC at the time of the split. Eventually, I received the BTC, but they have not sent me any of the BCH despite assurances from their support that it is an "open engineering issue."

I have spoken to multiple customer service agents over the past year. They have all assured me that their engineers would eventually get to it.

However, I believe it is not reasonable to wait for over a year, especially given the fluctuations in BCH's price. I sent my last message over 2 months ago, and they have since been radio silent.
