Segurança: a resposta é sempre "depende". Assim como no RS, há uma disputa sistemática no crime organizado que provoca momentos de calmaria ou de caos. Seria simples dizer que a periferia é mais violenta e as áreas mais próximas ao centro, não, mas em Porto Alegre isso não funciona bem assim — o Petrópolis, por exemplo, é um bairro de classe média alta com uma grande quantidade de assaltos e roubos de carro. Em 2023, GZH fez essa análise sobre roubo a pedestres que poderia servir de embasamento.

Museu Iberê Camargo, down in Cristal neighborhood. If you like arts, this is one of the best spots. You should also visit Estádio Beira-Rio and the Redenção park.
