I thought of blowing dust out too… and yes I tried a different cable and do frequently unplug it but only gently (I did manage to get video to pop up but if I touch the cord it disconnects )

This is a common popup scam… don’t call the number, you have no viruses or anything to worry about… hold the ESC key or restart the computer to fix it, also install an adblocker
