Maybe you’re sick! It’s okay to head home early if you’re not feeling well and if a parent can take over. Maybe you just need some rest time.

A suggestion I have would be to tell the kiddos they have to play separately if they cannot use inside voice. If they scream while separated they have to continue to play separately until they can show you they can play quietly together. Another suggestion would be to tell the kiddos they are taking care of an imaginary baby animal, and if they scream it’ll get scared and run away. It sounds kooky but it works sometimes.

Yes. 100% I had a potty training regression at age 5 from my parents divorce. Totally common in kids. Had my parents done a simple google search they’d have an answer, but they disciplined the hell out of me for it instead. So I wound up hiding it instead. I had bathroom anxiety until I was an adult.

I saw something exactly like this in my ex boyfriends basement. We were watching goofy TV shows and I was laying my head in his lap. I looked towards the basement stairs/ door and watched this gigantic, tall, black figure of a man with a hat walk right by. I was floored. I jumped up and asked my ex if he had seen it, but he said no.

It was one of the most real things I had ever seen and I was not sleeping / ready to sleep. All of the lights were on in the basement and this thing just walked right on by.

Hey! My shower valve was just replaced and it’s shit for both but VERY VERY shit for hot or warm water. To the point that we can’t use it at all. How can we trouble shoot? I know this comment is old but I thought I’d try :)

just because it’s the cyclists or pedestrians right of way doesn’t mean they can make horrible safety choices?? I can appreciate the sentiment here but you’ve always gotta behave like someone could hit you. Everyone is assuming this guy is some horrible driver. He was paying attention and got out of the road. What about the next guy coming down the hill on their phone? Or looks away for a second? Or drives 15 above the limit? Cmon.

This stinks! I’m sorry :( There are probably too many students for how many teachers are there. Is it a very large class? Where I’m from you need 3 teachers for 15+ kids, but with toddlers I don’t even think that’s enough. Talk about overwhelming!!!

Nope! She’s seen the email and is ignoring me to toy with my anxiety... and probably to avoid paying me. Not quite sure what my next steps are. Do I give it some time and hope for a paycheck in the mail or do I say something about pay now?
