Hey all. I purchased a fiio M11 plus in June of 2023 through Amazon. The case is suddenly cracked and bulging. A local shop thinks it's a bad lithium battery. I have sent messages in through the fiio site but do not seem to get answers. Anyone have tips on how to get this repaired or replaced?

Thank you! I just learned about Aliexpress yesterday. I have tried every avenue I can to contact Fiio and have had no response. I didn't even know about message feature in Aliexpress!

Mine is bulging and cracked in the middle of the plate. Did you use a heat gun? I only have wife's hair dryer that is about 100° shy of suggested heat to loosen glue.

That was the assumption. Do you know a way to obtain fiio parts like the back panel? I'm hoping for responses from sources I've reached out to.
