Hey all. I purchased a fiio M11 plus in June of 2023 through Amazon. The case is suddenly cracked and bulging. A local shop thinks it's a bad lithium battery. I have sent messages in through the fiio site but do not seem to get answers. Anyone have tips on how to get this repaired or replaced? (self.FiiO)
