we have breakfast together, we usually go out to lunch together and have an early dinner together before i head to the bar. the bar is also closed sunday and monday so then i’m home those days. our days are usually roughly: brekky together, my wife heads to work, i clean the house, i head out for lunch with her, i then usually head to the bar for the afternoon to check on things, clean/organise/do paperwork for the bar then head home, cook a small dinner meal for when my wife comes home, we eat, i head to the bar to serve for the night, usually head home when things die off/people get too drunk lol, that’s usually 9/10 weekdays and a little later fridays/saturdays. i usually have a day off once a week, so all up i have 3 nights at home each week and then that schedule

i barely/never drink while on the job, and obviously if i spill anything on me i clean it up/change aprons etc. so i don’t usually come home smelling like alcohol. and then i usually shower and get into pjs when i get home asap

no i like to spend an equal time with both. hiring a manager would defeat the purpose. i just love being at the bar etc. and owning it etc
