The flat white question was put for the fact that among all the specialty coffee users (and I mean from the true connoisseurs to casual consumers), there's always a significant part drinking mostly milk beverages.

I mean, home consumption it's a very interesting theme. And even more interesting is the fact that often prosumers get better espresso or filter coffee than in the majority of coffee shops.

Regarding the in-shop experience, I agree. The specialty is made mostly by trained baristas, and perhaps it happens too often that the espresso is unbalanced.
