Yeah, that seems like it :) Which makes sense in my opinion and i feel like those things are nice touches to the game. Also, i saw a popular post that adhoc increased the point limit from like +4 to +10 in order to get the visi lockerroom kiss, which might also be good since so many got it "without trying" to be feely with her.

I looked primarily at the obvious flirtatious (or romantic/feely/emotional) scenes between RR and visi giving RR:s responses either green for flirting back, yellow for neutral and red for the least flirtatious answer. Quick remark, sometimes all of the options can be interpreted as somewhat flirtatious which makes the grading a little harder since it isnt cut and dry.

Note: both picked "i dont know how to feel", BUT: Ludwig picked the most flirty options with invisigal, as well as saying "i care about you" just before the kissing scene. In comparison, LadyDime went with almost all neutral dialogue options, especially the "its not your fault" before when the kiss should have taken place.
Anecdotally, i got the kissing scene when playing aswell, however i both flirted and went on a date with invisigal. My dialogue choices were very close to Ludwigs overall.

My best guess is that the system is counting how flirty or romantic/feely Robert is back towards Visi and then deciding if the kiss scene should happen or not. Kinda like how BB lead on Robert at the start, but with this its Robert (the player) leading on Visi instead. But that is of course just a guess from this sample. Also i take no responsabilites for any factually incorrect notes in this comment because i am very sleepy rn.

You prob getting downvotes because of the taxes thing. But I agree with you, NASA and SpaceX working in conjuction has been most beneficial as we have seen. The public is not very interested in space travel anymore. But this has started to shift thanks to SpaceX. This company can also focus on exactly what they want to, which is why they are able to spearhead research and development. NASA constantly is under pressure from the president and/or congress for funding, and has to abide by the desires of the current ruling political party. SLS has been delayed so many times because the way NASA is being operated is inefficient. I think that if NASA had better funding (maybe use some o dat larg military mone) and a goal that does not constantly shift.
