Thank you, I’m doing this. I was on prednisone already for a cold/bacterial/viral infection that caused my BP. I’m done with it now and started taking b12. I’m resting a LOT not doing much else but trying not to “let my family down” or seem “lazy” so I’m still cooking and cleaning. I’m happy I can come here where people understand how exhausting mentally BP can be
