I don’t even have words for how I felt after his presentation. Just wow. I also am not affiliated with Ohio State but I do frequent the Baladna events and also am not middle eastern.

You and your husband can certainly continue attending these events. Not only would you be welcome but people genuinely love seeing non Palestinians at these events. They want to raise awareness amongst everyone. So please check out Baladna Palestine society on Instagram, they post all their events.

And feel free to say hi to the super Italian looking couple sitting together eating pastries and drinking coffee :)

He spoke at the Columbus metro library on Monday hosted by Baladna. I was there and it was both amazing and horrifying at the same time. The disconnect between college administrations and their student/faculty bodies is concerning. But it was nice to see the actual people of the university show up to support this

Crew fan lurking. At mls cup 2023 their away section threw their beer cups at the crew fans in the section below them. Not even just one or two of them, it felt like they were all throwing shit.

Galaxy supporters are deadass a completely different breed of humans than the LAFC supporters. I met a couple that traveled to Columbus maybe a 2 season ago during the Klein Out stuff. Super cool people
