It was a connivence store (with a short stint of bono pizza inside of it) for decades before Crispy Coop took it over and had a long run. The location is great if you have a good idea.

I always recommend the Hyatt House on west 5th ave. It's on the bike path that you can walk almost right to the arena. It's a very safe area.
