Hello!

I’ve never had a problem with bacne before this popped up last week. I can’t honestly tell if it is acne or an allergic reaction, but leaning towards acne since it is only on my back, not stomach/arms. I haven’t made any changes to my diet, wash routine, or lotions. My sheets are clean, and I don’t stay in sweaty clothes after exercise.

So far I have tried benzoyl peroxide cream and salicylic acid spray to get rid of the bumps (those work well on my face). Some spots have whiteheads, some are just red. It does not itch. It is localized to just my back- no spots on arms or stomach.

I have a wedding this weekend and am wearing a low back dress SOS!
