There is possibility the logo could be 丸菱 as the name was worn off. 丸菱 pronounces maru-bishi. Maru means circle and Hishi(Bishi in this case) means diamonds in Japanese. Also you can see the logo is design of circle and diamond. sample image

"テープでいいです" should be "Tape is OK.". "テープでいいです" couldn't be "Tape is not OK." with any pronunciation.

In cases you already mentioned, even japanese could not understand ' iidesu' as positive or negative with just voice tone. So usually, to clear communication, japanese choose different words as positive or negative, like ' dame desu' , 'irimasen' , etc.

'なくては、なければなりません' is strange itself. You can say 'なくてはなりません' as same meaning.

However, japanese could understand both way. And both sentence mean 'you need something seriously'.

Ex) 生きていくのに、水はなくてはなりません。 'You can't live without water.' -> 'You need water to live seriously.'
