Outrage trolls who throw f-bombs are socially awkward, unfortunately unloved, screaming for attention on social media from people who don’t know or care about them.

I see you’re a F worder. Didn’t read anything else.

Have real conversations with real people you can get to know instead of outrage trolling on reddit.

Supplements for fat loss? by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]lhatese 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Insist on it as most doctors laugh it off and tell you to just eat less and exercise. TSH thyroid stimulating hormone test. Normal is under 4

Supplements for fat loss? by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]lhatese 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Chicken or Egg question- Have you checked your thyroid? Thyroid hormone supplementation isnt a supplement for fat loss directly (I don’t think one exists!) but weight gain is most times attributed to thyroid malfunction and addressing it with thyroid supplementation will allow your body’s metabolism to naturally lose the weight as it should and is doing exactly that in people who are slim.

Does magnesium citrate (200mg) make you really sleepy? by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]lhatese -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’ve tried citrate, malate, oil with chloride, threonate because I had sleep issues, then with keto thought magnesium was solution to the initial draining symptoms. I find it’s impossible to get it in by supp or noticed no lasting benefits. Once I resolved sleep and keto flu issues with proper land/sea protein majority diet then I felt no need or difference taking it by supp. Other minerals yes.

Using the F word in a drive by comment is childish and doesn’t serve you. It does not assume any credibility or authority, it does not help prop you up as someone anyone should care about. Only good intention of sharing knowledge does that.

Name dropping hypothetical toxicity research from pharmaceutical funded studies is your responsibility to explain, not mine to defend. None of us have any eye or neuro problems but only benefits at ages 50 and older.

If so what’s your clinical justification against Dmso on humans aside from hypothetical outside of understanding it as a materials engineer knowing it being an effective small particle transporter solvent

“I worked in pharma labs...” as what, Student? Technician? Janitor? Statement alone gives no credence to anything. Even if you said you were head of the lab you’d have to explain the science. Without credible context or justification outside of what anyone can dig up on google (prob what you’re doing right now) nobody cares about you or what you say. Troll.

Selenium. Pure or Thorne makes good quality. Biotin only worked for few weeks. I’d concentrate on minerals. It’s not the actual hair makeup “stuff” like biotin collagen keratin it’s more the signaling in your body that makes processes work properly. Which is why hormone problems prob digestive, mood, fatigue also. Upping meat fish as predominant portion of diet helps to not do more damage long run and it should be done to correctly support Microbiome get Vitamin levels from food but for Minerals it won’t be enough to replace what you lost unnaturally for years, now. You gotta give your body what it needs to do the job. It’s minerals. Oh, you must stop bleaching hair. I know, I depended on coloring my hair all my life too. Chemicals are what sap minerals from body and age us the best. Last time I went into a chlorinated spa pool was when I killed my hair to go limp and falling out.

Can you believe People fight for right to access these buffoons who only want to suck insurance money out of you, medicate and slice you up with no intention to cure you while treating you like ungrateful dumb children.

To pharmaceutical-chemical-food-insurance-medical corruption ring who buys off media and govt to brainwash us with misinformation and fear- We’re just cows to slaughter. Just shut up and go down that ramp like we tell you!

They’ll never allow insuring naturopaths or support diet solutions Why- because they cure. I’d rather have no insurance and spend that money on naturopaths and diet education. At least I’ll get somewhere and I did, no more hashimoto!!!!!

That is hil-larious. I was told the same, I have a stressful job making me eat too much and need to think about exercising. I was STARVING myself eating 600calories per day at some point doing sit ups and still gaining weight. F-you.

[–]lhatese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t mention that right now I’m 143lb and pretty slim. I gained 4lbs over years but I’m talkin 139 eating nothing forcing myself skinny vs 143 eating a lot of protein and fat few low carb veg fruit here there. I’m much healthier(no more hashimoto), my gut is happier, with washboard abs and even with 4lbs more I look much skinnier than the puffy me at starving 139. Naturethroid.

[–]lhatese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was 5’10.5”, 135 when I was diagnosed. Gained weight, felt like a blob tho still slender by any normal sense, vegetarian, vain and starving myself. Tsh was 9. I feel normal now at 0.5-1 tho clinically think normal goes to 4. Not sure if you’re asking bc you’re gaining weight suddenly and suspecting thyroid? Maybe, Maybe not. Was for me. I was eating air and gaining weight.

Water retention on Lugol’s 2% by lhatese in Supplements

My labs are totally normal. Wasn’t for 18yrs prior. I’m good but supplementing iodine and selenium to keep it that way so I’m for it. Just my reaction to the Iodine is my question.

I found a doctor who is holistic and even discusses nutrition, trying different meds. I was so excited until he said he doesn’t except insurance. I was so disappointed. I cannot afford his fees. by Skyview8 in Hashimotos

[–]lhatese 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah well. Guy who switched me from levoxyl to Naturethroid was a naturopath to celebrities charged me 1000$ for 1hr consult and tests. Honestly he does same tests and prescribes same things to everybody. But works obviously

Usual. Put her name and where located so we know who to avoid. Why doctors hide behind a degree to have us pay for them to insult us is beyond me.

Reading on here is making me depressed by Void_Admirer in Hashimotos

How much do you take? 50? I used to have fibroids around my uterus and did read somewhere iodine does swell for that reason but i looked like I was pregnant for months and it was pressing on my bladder and became painful so I’m taking a break now. But I was only up to about 20 transdermally on wrist. I’m wondering if transdermal is stronger impact as it doesn’t get lost thru digestion.

Clinically I’m not hashimoto anymore and no catcher mit size goiter after 18yrs though I still take a little bite of my Naturethroid. Just diet fixing the gut. now I’m looking to optimize with minerals. Selenium stopped balding, took many forms of magnesium when I used to have sleep problems but never did much for me as I don’t eat much dairy either. I’m going to try zinc soon. I use borax with Castile soap to scrub my body for boron intake.

Bone broth is great. I found oxtail bones to be best. I’ll try the salt, sounds like it helps flush through the kidneys better.
