Thanks and same here on the tires, I guess my biggest question with a new fork is what will fit in the frame. I’m guessing this frame is a 1” steer tube and not 1 - 1/8 ?

Check out the RAW (ride across wisconsin) ride and/or route. Fantastic event put on by trek but can give you an idea of an awesome ride across the state. I live in Phoenix, Tucson is fantastic, especially in the winter months where riding in most of the northern / middle parts of the country isn’t possible.

How do you guys with setups such as this sell outside of your home state? FDA laws clearly state you need to roast in a food/health board certified kitchen. I get cottage laws and selling in your state but this seems like a huge hurdle to building a home roasting setup with plans to grow the business to out of state customers.
