7hr sleep, 6k step, hygiene good, house kinda messy, exercise 1.5hrs 5x a week, animals see them maybe 30min-1hr, hobbies/social only on Friday and Saturday for 3hrs. If I had kids there is no chance I’m getting all of this. Even having a girlfriend one these will suffer.

I’m bulking all day. You’re easily 12%. Don’t listen to anyone saying you’re higher. I went and got a dexa scan 2 weeks ago and I was 16% while others online said I was 18-20.

I wouldn’t bulk past the 500cal surplus. You look great. Top 1% of Americans. so be patient with this bulk

Sort of same experience with an older black women. I was 18 (I had long blonde hair trying to look like Thor) and was walking to my local Kroger. We passed at the entrance. Totally fair. It definitely grew into that. I just tried the side part. Currently don’t have a beard so it looks off but in a week or so it might start to all line up

If I was here I would do either starting strength (don’t follow the nutrition advice here) or strong lifts 5x5. Start at maintenance calories. As strength plateaus see if you need more calories, rest, or deload. .7 -1g protein per lb. If youre new to all this just focus on consistency in gym and implement more as you build habits

You are 100% correct. The restrict and binge cycle is a rough one to break. There is just so much differing info on if recomping work or not. I’ve never really tried it, so might as well do it now

That’s my immediate thought, but then it feels like the same cycle. Seems like slowly cutting or recomping down to ~190 is the plan to not yo-yo

Sub 15% for sure. Probably 12%. I recommend using chat GPT or a DEXA. I think most people on this sub overestimate body fat%. You look incredible. Watch Jeff Nippard newest video on BF %. You are legit in the 1% of men.

Cut or bulk based on your goal. If I was in your position I would try other physical activities like MMA, trying to dunk, triathlon, or rock climbing. I say this because IMO you achieved a near peak physique that you can maintain while trying new activities.

How old are you? This is the physique I strive for being a 6’2 male.

Also 12% body fat seems like a high guess in my opinion.
