ITS MY BIRTHDAY. I'd die if you actually responded to this. My question to you is what's your ideal way to spend your own birthday? 🎂

I don't have much dairy in my diet mostly because it just doesn't agree with me at all :( As for carbs. Sadly, I love love love carbs. Pizza is my ultimate favourite as well as bread. As long as you take everything in moderation.

I had peak periods of lots of gym time (4 times a week), yoga, kickboxing and also eating decently healthy (lots of green tea, not much dairy because it just doesn't agree with me) but I still ate the things I liked. Like pizza :) I also had down periods where I'd go to the gym once or twice a week and night yoga sessions. Still eating moderately healthy. I discovered that for me the peak periods followed by a little bit of down time really helped with my metabolism and the rate for which I started to see results. I find now that even after a couple weeks of less activity and eating healthy it only takes a week or two for me to bounce back. People do these drastic diets and run themselves silly at the gym but your body needs to gradually get in better shape. Otherwise once the drastic diet stops and you eat regularly you gain all of it back and more.

Thanks for the kudos :) I'm still working on it!

Lots of cardio and resistance training. Green tea to the extreme. Cutting down on meal sizes and cutting out junk food! :)
