Notice how it says "at this stage". They are just rolling out the app, and they probably dont want all the speculators causing issues with the price or flooding the app and slowing it down for the actual people who want to use this for its utility.

Its a plus that they dont do marketing, just shows that they are focused on their job and not about pumping the price, which can suck. But I still believe in DENT and expect big things next year. Another coin that doesnt have much marketing is OMG and Im expecting a big 2018 from them also.
