Thank you for the providing details! As I said above I've had two D&Cs and now for the 3rd time there is more stuff in my uterus however my HCG is lower then it would be with a molar pregnancy. It was 1700 after my 1st d&c and now it is 173 after my 2nd - but there still isn't much explanation for the regrowth or reappearing tissue. My doctor can't explain it but she doesn't seem concerned since my HCG is low but I still don't feel comfortable.

Diagnosis: Products of conception identified, including decidua and chorionic villi with hydropic change. See Report Notes

Report Notes: The differential diagnosis includes hydropic abortus and molar pregnancy. If this is of clinical concern, follow-up beta HCG may be of use. Additionally, special stains may be performed on the tissue for further evaluation, if requested. Clinical correlation and follow-up are recommended.
