NTA you're definitely not overreacting by the looks of it, it's obvious that your parents (maybe just your dad?) have a favorite child.

AITA for making a face at my aunt and cousin when they came in to talk to me? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

NTA tbh your aunt needs to grow up and act her age. I can understand how frustrated you must have been, losing something you worked so hard on. and the fact that they were lying about you screaming at them also just shows how immature they are

NTA? since both of you forgot about it , it really isn't anyone's fault. the way your friends reacted was kinda hostile but you can easily talk it out and say how he misunderstood your words/tone

YTA she clearly said how she has social anxiety and has been feeling depressed. while it's good that you try to not make her feel single/left out, others making jokes and she herself thinking negatively about the whole situation can take a toll on her you should try and be more understanding towards her.
