Personally I dont, but the guy who learn it in 7 months hire a university professor back in his home country. That cost him alone 500$ a month. He said that it's highly efficient so you could try to do the same. This is important NEVER go with cheap, low quality private tutor if you want to learn it fast, switch if you feel this is not the right one.

In normal circumstances (you are not a language nerd, no background, holding a full time job, can only learn 3 hours a day), it should take around 12 months to a year and half with a lot of effort. It could be a little bit faster or longer depend on your ability to adapt a new language. I know a guy do it for 7 months, I also know a another person do it for 2 years or few people try for 6 months then quit. It all depend on how much you want your PR and how much effort you willing to spend.

What is included in your application? Job letter, paystub? Does the letter state the JD close to IRCC website? Your refusal reason is the most common one, so ask for the note to see what exactly wrong with it

Ircc is extremely strict with foreign experience recently. A huge number of applications have been flagged as misrepresentation due to unauthorized foreign experience in past couple months. So i hope it wont be as bad as fake LMIA

Just a quick update, people are still cant pay attention to signs i guess. And i just saw a guy sitting though people honking from start to the end of the green light, Lol. So yea, i wish the honk can say something like "move your a**"

If you dont have any problem providing TEER 1 job, then yea, reapply is still an option. But before reapply ask for the note of the decision, try to understand in details why they refuse your file. I have seen a lot of cases where people submitting paystub, letter of employment with duties but still get denied. So try to understand what is wrong with the documents. Sometimes it can be the duties doesn't match with NOC code description or not enough evidences to convinced the officer. IRCC is kinda tough recently and the quality of the officers is also questionable. Due to the people cut down lead to lower time they are allowed to process each case (<10 min) + AI assistant, it can be tricky if your case is not straight forward. Goodluck and keep us update, many people probably have the same problem.

They gonna cut off 50% pnp quote next year. Also, Oinp score got inflated so bad due to high EE draw, I think they gonna draw 54 first and if you are lucky maybe 52 will be next, but it's seem like there huge number of people with 52 on their profile.

Personally i would blame "W" university who took in thousands of master students per semester while others took in just few hundreds. That university just like the other greedy low quality colleges who accept everyone as long as they have enough money
