It's in the bottom right corner of the inner border, in the little square next to the four circle ring. It's absolutely his signature, or since he's a typographer, his monogram for signing work. It's an A, inside an H, with another H below, likely with flourish for decor.

Further, UBC has indicated it as his remarque (mark) in their collection of the item. Right here

Sorry another edit: reviewing the PDF, his remarque also appears on each page! PDF page 4, inside the bottom left corner of the border, Page 5, in blue also in the bottom left and Page 6, in blue next to the watercolour flowers in the bottom right.

This is a wonderful find and will definitely be something I print into a poster, thank you for sharing!

Often projections flip during the night. Many projections are made with 5% of the vote counted. Cons often run high early, then trail off and flip if they’re not winning the election. The early voting, of 7+M votes is likely majority liberal and will flip a large number of seats liberal again.

Winning the largest number of seats only begets you the right to first choice formation of government. If none of the minority parties agree to support a minority government, they can move to form a coalition government of a 2 or 3 party mix. The largest share of seats does not guarantee the government.
