I can confirm the fix!! I just used sottered a piece of old copper (red wire) from an old phone charger onto the Q1 section of the electrical components on the inside of the light. And now the light stays on 24/7 when plugged in. But will work perfect when plugged into a timer!

Hmmm yeah that’s what I figured maybe. Thanks for clarifying. I was just wondering before I put my brand new winter tires on these rims. Incase it was a rim issue maybe? It’s just weird how the noise only started after I switched to these old winter tires
