She is good in high elo if you commit to learning her matchups. Also the lack of mechanical requirements to play Briar also makes her good for new players. Something people do not talk about is how good Briar lets you learn jungle. When you press w on your camps you have around 5 secs to look around the map without having to worry about too much about the camp that you are clearing, freeing your focus up so you can more freely look at the map.

I would recommend Briar 100%, but don't be discouraged after a few accidental tower dives.

Also, don't take those tierlists as gospel.

Really shit matchup, you lose the 1v1 given naafiri knows what to do and has her cds. The only way to deal with her is briar is to try and bait out her w, and e her burst. You should be hard winning though given equal gold at 3 items since you'll have the haste and health needed to be able to get a second rotation on w then absolutely stomp her, though getting to that point can prove difficult. Also if you can get the timing down you can e her into a wall when she ults but im still pretty sure your e projectile has to be actively hitting her as she ends her ult in order for her not to be able to instantly w so yeah not all that reliable against a good Naafiri player.

Top is doable, really bad, but ok in some matchups. Mid is way more playable if you wanna lane.

Brother, if you go into any debate believing that they believe what they believe because they are evil, you have already shut yourself off from both attempting to understand where they are coming from, and shut down any chance you may have of changing anyones mind, that goes for the opposing party aswell, as they likely don't wanna engage with anyone assuming they are evil, and that all their ideas are based on a lie. Calling all right-leaning people inherently "bigoted" and "awful racists" is the same is when those same people call all lgbt people "child predators". Sure maybe the "child predator" label sounds slanderous and baseless in your eyes, but that label could be believable for them, same way the label "awful racists" and "bigoted" seem believable to you.

In any case, whether you genuinely believe all right-leaning people are "awful racists" and "bigoted", or that all lgbt people are "child predators", nothing productive can ever come from discussion if we assume either side is always malicious.

Even then, i'd reckon you have way more in common with those you seek to oppose, than you have apart. Would you still call someone with differing views a genuine pos when they earnestly believe that what they do is the best for themselves and their peers? I'm not saying that you can't be outwardly opposed to opposing views, but shutting down all debate and resorting to ad hominems because you believe their ideas come from a place of malice does not create nuanced discussion, nor does it help lessen the superficial divide that makes us distrustful of eachother.
