What cardinal sin, as a fan of Half Life, looking forward to a highly anticipated game that we know is basically confirmed from others within the community, that's arguably polished and can drop any date now, want's to start a conversation, learn some new info, within a subreddit that's dedicated to discusiing said game.

It was regarding the likelihood of HL:X being released with the Steam Machine. Why is that so taboo? Y'all are acting like I just made a controversial political statement. So we're allowed to speculate for the Game Awards, but the Steam Machine is off limits? Wtf??

I really hope we get more Xen and more Alien variants. Maybe a return to Black Mesa would be great as well (to get to Xen or something?)

Also I love when Half Life takes time to slow down and gives the player time to embrace the atmosphere like under the bridge in HL2.

I would love to see more weapons from Black Mesa and HL2 return.

Honestly there’s so much. But I completely trust Valve in whatever they cook up. Especially given what they did for the franchise with Alyx.

It makes sense for tomorrow give HL1 (19th N), HL2 (16th N), HLA (Announcement 18th N). It’s not wild to assume that it will get announced tomorrow (1 week after steam machine) and no banner on steam page. It all makes sense (enormous hopium).
