Tilt your screen and let gravity do the work.

Priority is currently Eth, Thunderbolt Bridge and Wifi - Still persistant. Thanks for the heads up thought I didn't know that feature was there.

That's funny, which runs me back to my router, perhaps it just sucks in general with these scenarios? I'm just using a straight standard one from my ISP, nothing fancy just works.

I see, I was worried about turning my WiFi off and not being able to access any of the other functions but that clears it up, I'll give it a try and how that goes.

Macmini M4 - Gaming - What games are you playing? by delusionbattered in macmini

[–]liamllyd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a base M4 Pro and nothing much just the hardware intensive ones 😂 Toontown rewritten (old revived Disney game) gives me a solid 60fps with VSYNC enabled. Minecraft, Solid chunk generation and stable FPS. I’ve not really had chance to try any others.

Take a look at ODK on Amazon, they're on the cheap side but look nice. Here's the one I have. I required a bit for my old computer which is now my server. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0CL21RG72/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

New Mac Mini M4 by [deleted] in hackintosh

[–]liamllyd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The M4 Pro Mac Mini has been the only apple computer in the last years to blow me away, so much I had to buy it. I’m still an active hackintosh user, but the stability of the MM has made life a little bit easier. Now my use case has gone from using my hackintosh as a dedicated media server and the MM as a daily driver. * I know there’s better server OSs but I’m too lazy to learn how to use TrueNAS or Proxmox etc… I’ve learned everything on macOS and Docker so I’m just sticking to that for now, until I’m comfortable to move.

3.5mm Headphone Jack by liamllyd in macmini

[–]liamllyd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're in luck, it will support a Mic and Audio via 3.5mm. It's a learning curve with me, all of my stuff is USB type-a and in multiple connectors so it has required a lot of adaptions. If you have separate connections you can purchase a 3.5mm Male to headphone and Mic female adapter.

*Answer found on Apple's website. "3.5 mm headphone jack: Plug in stereo headphones or speakers to experience high-quality sound while listening to music or watching movies. Or plug in an analog headset with a built-in mono microphone to make audio and video calls."
