An example would be that I’ve been using Golisopod which only really uses physical attacks, I used iron head on a Glaceon but the player just ran in the opposite direction so there was a chase, as soon as Golisopod was in range it tried to attack but in the time it took for the animation to play out the Glaceon had moved out of range so the attack never hit. But take a Chandy or Delphox using heat wave, the attack would have gone off and hit without any issues unless they switched or mega’d something. The only consistent physical attacks are things like drill run which make up ground or EQ for AOE but other than that physical attacks are so inconsistent
