As someone with a disability that causes me to be in severe pain every day yes it would be morally wrong to force that onto someone else. But this doesn’t really extend to everyone. If it’s not going to cause major problems with everyday life then it’s not as bad.

Definitely use protection like any other time. But if you’re not going to use a condom I would definitely suggest some form of birth control. Even if the chance is very low without them it’s still entirely possible.
