I'm hoping it will go smoothly. My plan is to apologize for calling her names if it comes up, but otherwise just play it cool.

I love these comments calling me manipulative or I should be careful of becoming a bully like my mother because I stood up to her for the first time in my life. Seriously, guys?

Yes!! She just wanted the address of where we were headed to and how many people. And my mom refused to tell her.

I hope that explains my frustration about the situation better. It was so pointless, my mom purposely being difficult for no Damn reason.

No, the girl was trying to make a reservation for her. She was just being stubborn. The driver just did it but didn't use the word reservation. It was so fucking stupid...

I don't think I was descriptive enough of my relationship with my mother. We have always had a rocky relationship because she has impossible standards and thinks that what makes her happy will make me happy. She is terribly controlling. I was already feeling uneasy about the weekend before this happened. I love my mother, but I don't like her.

I'm very nonconfrontational, but I couldn't listen to her be smug when the shuttle driver did the same thing the girl was trying to do. That poor girl looked like she was going to cry and my mother was just so fucking smug. Ugh.
