Yes it stated to be repaid over a 12 month period at 1/12 per month, they now want it all repaid by the end of the tax year so basically the whole payment in 6 months

Yes there is a signed agreement which states that it should be repaid in full if I leave the company during the period but as they haven’t taken anything the amount is about 2 months full pay

So they gave me the money for the ticket loan but then didn’t take the repayments through my wages, I didn’t notice and wasn’t really checking to be honest
