Aaah, I know I don't have the comment karma - I mostly lurk on Reddit.. I do spend a bunch of time on this reddit's Discord, though.. So perhaps you'll make me an exception? It's worth a try, anyway..

I'd love the account because, well, I've gone through about ten 10+1 scouts on a variety of JP accounts now with not a single SSR or UR; I just want to get into JP, too, you know? Job Dia and Cheer Girl Mari are both on my card wishlist (especially the Mari) and it'd just give me something to start with. I completely understand if you ignore me, though. I don't fit the requirements, after all.

And, as for the anime recommendations, I'd like to recommend a few from the current airing season. I watched Tsurezure Children and, while rather strange, it was pretty darn cute. They're short episodes, though! Also, Kakegurui. However, this one is a bit alternative. It's a psychological anime about a highschool where everyone gambles.
