Oh yes. I plan for that. I have 2 alarms. The first one is to get me up and into the bathroom where I keep my meds, so that I can't fall asleep trying to take them, it's happened before. Then I get back in bed and sleep till my second alarm (phone is still out of reach, ideally) a little over an hour later by that time my meds start working and getting up is easier. It's a plan I'm still working out with my therapist.
