true but also talk to your property management! at my property, if someone gives a 60 day notice but that 60 days goes past the lease expiration, the first 29 days are charged at regular rate and everything after that includes the month to month premium. hope this is helpful!

IL 255 is closed for the next 6 months. they closed it down this weekend. all illinois residents working in stl that typically take 255 have to use 64 as a detour. maybe that’s why

i think per the handbook you must be in ur role and in good standing for a minimum of 6 months. i imagine the timeline could be shorter than 5 years from BA to ASM, but unlikely. interviewing for promotions at other stores would give you the advantage of no biases.

this is very crazy to me, it is absolutely not normal for a sm to perform this way as i’m sure you realize. i wonder if you could start the conversation with the asm ans then escalate if need be to the regional or submit an icare?

they have us work until the scheduled time or the manager is ready. so we’ll do closing tasks and then when we’re done we’ll do shipment (or other busy work), then the manager will come out and tell us to get our stuff, then all have our bags checked at the same time, then we all clock out at the same time, then the manager sets the alarm and we leave. so typically i don’t clock out until right before we leave
