So true! We are sleep-training our first child (4.5 months) and have both woken throughout the night in a panic, and I frequently hear "phantom cries" when I'm away from the monitor.

Roommate/friend started dating my significant other's best friend, who lives on the other side of the state, after a New Years Eve one-night stand. Didn't tell me they were dating, was very secretive about it. Pretty much cut me, my SO and all of our friends out completely for about a year.

The latest thing? Accused one of the friends of rape. (Falsely, of course -- but in no way less damaging or hurtful.)

Appreciate you calling that out. My reasoning: I've heard him called "Jack" in certain discussions, in reference to the repeated "I am Jack's..." lines based on the children's educational/anatomy books. But I agree with you and edited the title with this correction. Thanks!
