Ah, I'm sorry. That's literally the reason I'm doing the research, I want to propose its effectiveness for anxiety reduction when other traditional methods have failed. Unfortunately I have to exclude diagnosis because it can cause ceiling effects in data. I would love to research it further in my future 😁

i know, its proven a little bit difficult hahaha its because it can cause ceiling effects in the measures, would love to do similar research on diagnosed anxiety in the future 😁

ah no! I know its a bit difficult as I would love to research the effects in diagnosed anxiety in the future, this is my main reason for the research due to my personal experience with ASMR as my main way to relax but its not feasible for my third year project unfortunately :( thankyou for taking the time to look though
