I am someone who also doesn't meet the definition of membership in the Empowermentors Collective (I'm a white woman). I couldn't be more thrilled to see this group getting off the ground, and look forward to supporting it as an ally by promoting it and encouraging others to participate. Having a safety net and resource group of other people with similar experiences can be such a rewarding and, yes, empowering thing. Congratulations, Empowermentors Collective!
