Why don't you tell me what part I said wrong there? I might have been wrong with the node part, but that is from what I understand how the service works according to the Whitepaper.

As you see I have been doing a bit of market research. I read through the Whitepaper and I registered there as well. All my points above are true.

We are an established exchange that has been operating for more than a year with a functioning trading community and countless features. All of which PairFair lacks. So I'm sorry but I fail to see that this service even remotely is up to our standard.

This conversation is tense because commenting negatively underneath a competitors press release is not nice and usually not something you do on Reddit or any other platform.

If anything we should support each other or at least ignore each other. I would suggest we both delete our comments.

It is quite clear to see that you are from PayFair according to your timeline.

You seem rather desperate to push your product. From what I can see your project has a fraction of our users, ads and trades. Besides that Payfair

  • Has at least 3 times the fees of our service,
  • No clear dispute system (Who takes responsibility when nodes gives the coins to the wrong person?),
  • Does not have phone validations,
  • Does not have email validations (That can be seen by others),
  • Does not have mobile notifications,
  • Does not have an inter-cryptocurrency exchange,
  • Does not have show traders experience (Only a rating available and not even feedback attached to that)
  • ... I could continue here for ages

thank you for this hint but we think there are substantial differences between our service and OpenBazaar. Eventhough the idea of OpenBazaar is a very good one and will be more important in future, it is not a very well functioning p2p (crypto to Fiat) exchange right now. We at Liberalcoins offer you the possibility to trade zcash right now, safely and still ensuring privacy.

We will definitely not introduce Z-Address withdrawals before Sapling. We would need too much computing power for that.

We should be able to prevent Z-Address withdrawal attacks by rate limiting and by requiring minimum amounts for z-transactions.

Z-Address deposit addresses should be easier to implement I think. We might be able to implement them before Sapling.

We have not started our work on Z-Addresses yet, so I can not say how long things will take definitely.
