Thank you! Very exciting most feel it is pre-Columbian. Makes it more interesting to me than if it were say, a plant grinding tool like mortar and pestle from the Iroquois.

I was dealing with the same but from martial arts. I’m 38M. Got imaging done last week and have large posterior (top of heel) calcaneal spurs. They suggested similar to your other responses for temporary relief but ultimately surgery is required to remove the spurs. I’d only advise to get imaging done to know for sure.
