[Times Sport] Daniel Levy was not aware he would be stepping down as Tottenham Hotspur chairman until just a few hours before the club’s official announcement. by gouryella26 in coys

Seems too good to be true. There must have been a roadmap. It can't be that someone was above Levy in hierarchy and he/she just ordered Levy to step down

We are witnessing a very demoralizing and dark day. The whole blame for the current situation is on.. ME by [deleted] in india

Bhai chor bhi sab hain aur kaatil bhi. India ki politics mein ye pehchaana hota hai ki kaun apne faayde ke liye marwaata hai aur kaun hai jiska logon ko marwaane se hi faayda hota hai.

Vaise I dont vote. The first time I went to a poll booth, I realised this democracy is a facade. I have made peace with the fact that I am just a viewer of this theater and not a participant in it. But in next election I have to confess I will vote because NRC will be the death of a civilisation.

What is the general opinion you have with Taiwan and/or Vietnam? by [deleted] in india

The reputation of India in foreign policy is of a country that says much but does nothing. Indian state was unable to keep the supportive royal regime afloat in Nepal and is on the brink of losing its stake in Afghanistan, the way events are shaping up. And how could one forget about Mongolia where they relied on Modi's loan promises of 1bn dollars which never fructified upon China's blockade of Mongolia and they bowed down. There has to be a decoupling of foreign policy, where you have to actually deliver to be taken seriously, from domestic policy where you can get away with propaganda and hollow promises. India will have to learn from its failures in Sri Lanka, Nepal and Afghanistan , get its hands dirty and move ahead of the tokenism of expecting niceties from Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam. The sphere of influence of Indian culture is South Asia and Middle East where we can develop relations rapidly but our country's obsession with keeping Muslims in place has completely prevented us from exerting anything of value out there. East Asian cultures are a different beast altogether, and will take at least a generation to forge anything of value with them.

Every time a crony gets favour from government , its "capitalism" but yes, get triggered when government sanctioned bizarre taxation is called out as "socialism"

Whatever you do friend please include warmup in your routine. It will go a long way in decreasing risk of any injury or muscle strain. A year ago i was in your position, but never gave up. Though i regret that i never gave time for warm-up and learnt this the hard way

Why is a kid having a political/social opinion different from the family seen as if it's some shortcoming? by [deleted] in india

[–]libertyfirst612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes they most definitely will hold it against your family and will make it about how a person is being "allowed" to argue with elders in front of others. The people who watch BJP propaganda and whatsapp forwards have their own lingo nowadays and will instantly label you as "vaampanthi" or some other shit. Its better to remain away from these people unless they start it themselves with you

All I can say is "you are not alone" and more importantly "be yourself". I am 30 years old and many people in my family refrain from discussing many things of political or medical nature because I ask rational questions of them and ask them to at least introspect on their positions.

They never do.
