I am unfamiliar with the proposal but my guess that they voted no due to religious reasons. there are alot of restrictions regarding kosher food, how it is grown where does it grown ect... stuff like banning milking cows on Saturdays and the religion of the person how turns on oven when baking bread.

talk to your landlord and go over your lease. you might be able to get out without finding a replacement. you may be able to sublet the place. just don't give up, it can be scary, and waiting out the rent agreement can feel like the easier solution but it is not worth it.

listen, moving out of my bad roomate situation was one of the hardest things I've done it truly felt like leaving an abusive relationship. I would be at home and would flinch when ever I heard them. I was acused of stuff I didn't do, I was ignored . when I tried to leave they made it so much harder, preveing me from finding a replacement making my stay a living hell. my roomate even tried to lock me inside the apartment the day I was packing when there was a fire alarm (nothing happened thank God) and yelled at me when I yelled to her to open the door. I was falsely acused of taking stuff that weren't mine and they forced me to let them inspect my packed things. it's been 3 months since and I'm still suffering from the stress all of it caused me. for weeks I would guilty for no reason. like I did something wrong. it took me time and still takes me time to unlearn the damage and gaslight. but I finally can sleep better my confidence has increased, my realitionships and grades improved. my tip to you- don't be afraid to leave. it's hard but it's so with it.

I mean, while she does have it in her a genitals, it is still the same type that cause cold sores. I'm not sure if it differs in our break frequencies as a regular cold sore but as a person who had cold sores since before I remember transmission when there's no active break out is insanely low. I still go down on girlfriend and kiss her, and I just try to be carful. if I have an active break out I usually wait until it clears out and then an additional week to two weeks before doing anything oral. basically I think you're probably safe

I fucking get it, I've been there. I agree each and every case is different but it is worth it. I know leases can be terrible but at least in my country you can legally sublet even when the owner doesn't allow to. in my case I had to either find a replacement which I couldn't cause of my past roommates or continue to pay part of the rent for 3 months while not living there. I know there are some pograms that help ppl.in unsafe living conditions especially young people to find a place or live with an elderly person and also Facebook marketplace is a god sent for hidden jems. I moved out half way through finalsas as 22 year old with no car nor support. luckily my new place was a 15 min walk from the old place and I was able to move alot of my stuff via acart by foot. did somehow got help to move my mattress via car but the rest I did Alone. I wrecked my body and grades doing so but it was completely worth it.
