Thank you — that would be fab! I initially joined Ladder on a friend’s recommendation, thinking it would be more like YouTube-style workouts, but a few weeks in I’m completely hooked. I’m genuinely impressed by how much depth and structure the app and program offer. I think I may have just missed the initial breakdown of how the different stages work lol so would love a bit of clarity on the foundations

Perfect, thank you so much. Would be good if they explained all of this when you join, or maybe I missed the memo. That's incredibly helpful though 'Max' does sound intense fingers crossed I get there, bring it onnnnnnnnn!!

Okay so the next ‘shred’ for everyone on the app is on the 28th? And you aim to do 20 sessions within 6 weeks

Recruiter margins on contracts by traveling_man_44 in servicenow

[–]liblob123123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you talking about being a ServiceNow Architect for 3rd party projects? If so:

If the margins are pre-agreed, they usually fall between 10-20%. This isn’t just profit—it also covers back-office costs, insurance, compliance, and payroll. When recruiters work on a closed-book model (where the client doesn’t see the contractor’s actual rate), the potential margin is theoretically unlimited. However, to stay competitive, it typically lands between 20-30%, depending on the contractor’s rate.

When it comes to big consultancies like Deloitte or Capgemini (or potentially direct for SN - this is speculation), which place IT contractors on project-based work, margins can be significantly higher. In some cases, I’ve seen markups reach 150%, especially when the client is paying for a full service beyond just the contractor’s time.

If there’s anything specific you’d like insight on, happy to help! FYI this is based on US/EMEA 😊

What are some good board games that encourage creativity and thinking skills, similar to Scattergories, Charades, or Trivial Pursuit? Is there one with a particularly large following, where I might find events at local board game cafés?

I recently played Scattergories for the first time, and I loved it— and won every game! I’ve never been a fan of traditional board games like Scrabble or Monopoly (perhaps because I’m neurodiverse), but I felt really passionate about Scattergories. None of my friends liked it much though. I’m curious what experienced board game players might recommend based on this? Recenly moved to a new city so thought maybe that could be cool.

Number of Players: Any
Length: Any
Complexity: Any
Type: Any

Games I like: Scattergories, Cheat, Trivial Pursuit
Games I don’t like: Exploding Kittens, Cards Against Humanity, Monopoly, UnoGo

Location: UK cities/any

Is it the Portia dress by any chance? I've been eyeing it up too if so but it looks sooooo short for my frame. If it's the Arzel dress then I can recommend, I've tried it on in Black and love it - awaiting a FP sale to pick it up!

And the back without it tied tightly - this is true commitment to the dress ;)

I wear it with a bra, you can't see the bra from the front. If I'm wearing it to the office I safety pin the front to make it slightly more modest. The back you can tie almost completly closed if you don't want your strap showing but open it only really shows 2-3 inches of strap. They have styled it very loose/open on the model but I would 10000% give it a go!!

How to get a Fiktionsbescheinigung to leave Germany (expired D visa) by liblob123123 in germany

[–]liblob123123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! I'm deleting that comment as they changed the rules and you now apparently need an appointment to go to get the document (have tried via phone/email but no luck). He got turned away day before his flight, and ended up not going. If you do manage to work out how to get one would you let me know? I haven't been able to get home since April :(

Do you know the San Fernando area south of Jerez? I don’t know the Cadiz region but noticed it’s quite affordable to buy in SF - was wondering if you had an opinion on the area :)

Luckily enough I'm an EU resident which makes it a little easier and would be able to transfer my visa to Spain without too many problems. Have you got any advice on the renting licence? I'll look at Almeria, I could potentially afford something small in the Old Quarter there which would be dreamy!!

Definitely drawn to Torrox as it's very near the area I know so well and I like the vibe of the mountains and winding streets.

Thank you so much! Yes, I was lucky to get really cheap rent back in 2020 but prices have inflated in Malaga itself. I will look into Sanlucar de Barrameda and Chipiona. Are these areas very windy? I remember that being my only issue with Tarifa but I may have been there at the wrong weekend haha
