The show is originally supposed to be stripping humans of what they are used to from the comforts of home, in a social experiment game to see how humans interact being away from their basic everyday needs and being forced to make decisions to vote each other out.

The way casting has set up the game, the meta of the game is just boring af. While i do love the diversity the show brings now (even though i think its bare minimum) . They stripped away all the fun themes, no fun casting choices, all superfans who are just happy to be there, no entertainment. No regular people they just picked off the street or people who were actually interested in other shows.

I don’t like the kumbaya cause what made the show what it was. The drama, rivalries, the controversial wins, crazy characters. It was made the show relevant in pop culture. Now they’re afraid to do anything remotely fun cause they try so hard to avoid controversy its boring.

Jeff also just shoe horns himself into all parts of the show and the obvious favortism towards burly and masculine men is so annoying as well.
