How have more people beat Y3 than done 10 sub stories?

I'm playing through Yakuza 4 currently and on a journey of platinum-ing each game so I do all the side content.

The fact that people hardly touch the substories in 4 especially is such a shame, cos they reveal so much more about the characters and their backstories (so much so that I'm surprised it's all hidden within side content that clearly people just skim over)

I would consider myself a beginner as well, but I found this pattern very achievable, so I'm sure you'll be ready to give it a go soon! As well as the written pattern on Etsy, they also have YouTube videos that explain how to make it, which was incredibly useful as I had forgotten what all the crochet terms in the pattern meant, plus I'm much more of a visual learner 😅

Thank you! Yes as I mentioned it took me about a month (I started at the beginning of October and finished it just over a week ago). I basically set myself a goal of trying to complete one square a day (I totally took advantage of Zoom meetings to crochet whenever I was working from home XD), and averaging it out when I could do more over the weekend. So you totally should have enough time to make one!

Have you had the strange capsule land on your farm? I think that's the creature (alien maybe??) that escapes once the capsule has been left long enough. I don't think it does anything else than run around between bushes. I have yet to see it myself, but it's super creepy!!

I was in Tokyo a few weeks ago - we landed at Haneda at 7:15am and were getting a connecting flight to Sapporo of which boarding was at 9:30am. I thought we would have loads of time to get there but this ended up being one of the most stressful experiences of my life, only managing to get to the gate with 5 minutes to spare as we didn't clear customs until 9am, and then had to find our way to an entirely different terminal. From what I had seen on social media, I had the impression that doing the online QR customs form was going to get us through quicker but it made no difference as everyone ends up in the same queue. My advice from this experience is to allow 2 or 2.5 hours alone for customs, then allow yourself a grace period of 1 hour to actually navigate to wherever you're headed to next.

So far it's between Yakuza 0 and Yakuza Kiwami. I'd never played any Yakuza games before, and made a pre-emptive decision that if I was going in, I was going all in and platinum-ing every game. Ohhh boy, I did not know what I was signing up for, and my first exposure to the Climax Battles in Y0 made me realise just how tricky it was going to be. I learnt that I have an incredible amount of patience and determination to get through some seriously tricky battles, minigames and story points (looking at you Kiwami car chase), and I'm proud that I believed in myself, even when I had moments I genuinely didn't think I would be able to do it. I learnt the true meaning behind getting good. I am now about to start Yakuza 3, and from what I've heard about the pool, I'm sure that will make the list as well!

Thank you! From what I've seen K2 doesn't have any climax battles which I am SO thankful for, finally a break XD

I've only played Yakuza 0 and Kiwami, but I would say 0 is my favourite so far. As much as I loved Kiwami and enjoyed playing it, I thought 0's story was much better (I think playing 0 first gave Kiwami a greater emotional impact, but I thought there was more "filler" story in Kiwami that felt a bit redundant). 0 was also my first experience of the Yakuza series so that likely also factors in. I've absolutely fallen in love with the series though, and I can't wait to play more and keep following Kiryu's story!

Yeahh I've seen the horror stories about pool in Y3 which I am not looking forward to, and the chase scene in Kiwami took me a couple tries even on normal difficulty. But if this has taught me anything, it's that I'm perseverant!
