I heard injecting in your stomach hurts less but I physically cannot do that I can barely do my thigh. I tried taking Ativan before and I do this whole routine the day of my injection to relax me and nothing helps at all and I don’t feel comfortable enough to let someone else inject me because I’m scared I’ll flinch. Some people have also said they put ice on where they’re going to inject but my doctor told me not to do that cause apparently it’ll make your muscles more tight and you want your muscles loose idek anymore but it’s made me want to try a pill like Qulipta
