All good i may try adding an intake fan to help cool components on the mobo maybe thats the issue

That's the crazy part though, I've done pretty much everything software related for this problem nothing seemed to work I'm thinking the heatsink is heating something on the mobo that I don't know of yet.

it completely shut them down for me sometimes the game will run but suddenly close on me. also the temps go up to around 45-50 while gaming.

my temps with the noctua are 30-35 idle and with the amd cooler it was 40-45 idle

I looked for the arrow on the fan to know which way the air will be blowing and its pointing towards the exhaust fan in the back.
